Talent Development

To our talents, we offer a range of talent development activities such as managerial and leadership training courses, exposing them to different roles and positions in various departments for learning, facilitating them to enrich their knowledge and experience horizontally and vertically through taking up special assignments and leading projects. Talents will be reviewed and assessed annually on their performance and potentialities for development planning and preparing for higher responsibilities.
