On January 13, 2023, CMIT and The Trade Union successfully co-organized the Labor Conference with the participation of all employees, management and the Trade Union Committee. This is an annual event of the company to summarize a year with enthusiastic operations,  more interestingly, this year's event also has the participation of APMT shareholder representatives. The companionship of the Trade Union and the support of shareholders in the 2023 event have brought the message of strong commitment to sharing and support to CMIT team for the upcoming challenging journey.

 

The 2023 "Labor Conference" event is an opportunity for the Board of Management to summarize business activities in 2022, share the focus of 2023 plan, report on Trade union activities and launch the recognition campaign to strive for higher goals. In addition, it also included the programs to recognize CMIT stars, advanced Lean practitioners, gratitude to trainer of the year, senior employees, trade union excellent members...
